The Kaari mug has encountered another Aarikka classic: the “Viivat” print adorns the mug this fall. “Viivat” was originally designed by Kaija Aarikka and the thin stripes were wrapped around tin jars in 1982. The design of the Kaari mug is based on arcs that give the mug a soft form, equally suited for both coffee and tea. The rounded lines of the mug, previously underlined by the bold Riemuraita print, are now redefined by the fine stripes of the Viivat print to provide a clean, serene look. The mug is dishwasher and microwave safe. Boldly combine different Aarikka styles to create your own – brightness and timeless design in a true Aarikka way!
